Shipping policy

Every CRUSHBOY piece is made to order.

We don't mass produce collections or keep warehouses full of stock. Every garment is printed or embroidered specifically for you once your order is placed. It takes a little longer than buying from a fast-fashion retailer, but it allows us to reduce waste, avoid overproduction and focus on quality rather than quantity.

Processing

Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before being dispatched. During collection launches, holiday periods or high order volumes, production may take slightly longer.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our production partners.

Estimated Delivery Times

These delivery windows are based on our current production partners and early customer orders.

🇮🇪🇬🇧 Ireland & UK: Approximately 7–12 business days

🇪🇺 Europe: Approximately 8–14 business days

🇺🇸🇨🇦 North America: Approximately 8–15 business days

🌏 Rest of World: Approximately 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may occasionally vary due to customs processing, carrier delays or periods of exceptionally high demand.

We offer simple flat-rate shipping based on your destination.

Ireland & UK: €6.95
European Union: €7.95
North America (USA & Canada): €10.95
Rest of World: €12.95

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may contain products fulfilled by different production partners. If this happens, your order may arrive in separate parcels.

You will never be charged additional shipping because your order has been split. The shipping amount shown at checkout is the only shipping charge you'll pay.

Taxes & Duties

Orders shipped outside Ireland may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by your local customs authority.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer where applicable. If any customs charges are due, your local courier or customs authority will contact you before delivery.
